7th Degree Black Armband in Muay Thai, Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant

Kru, Dianna LaVecchia has been training in Muay Thai for 10 years.  She started her training under Kru, James Wellington in July of 2001.  She now holds a 7th Degree Black Arm Band in Muay Thai.

Dianna has been teaching Muay Thai for over 6 years and enjoys every minute of it.

Diann has also trained in Brazilian Jujutsu, Escrima/Kali, and Jeet Kune Do.

Mark Carbonaro
Head Instructor
2nd Degree Black Armband in Muay Thai

Mark received his 2nd Degree Black Armband on April 29, 2011.  Mark has been training in Muay  Thai for 6 years.  Mark started his training under Kru, James Wellington.

Mark is also a member and instructor of our Fighters' Union Class and has been training for his first amateur fight.  He hopes to fight in the Summer of 2011.

Mark has also trained in Kyokushin-kai, Brazilian Jujutsu, Judo and Jeet Kune Do.
