FIGHTERS' UNION

If you are looking to try your hand at sparring, you can join
our Fighters' Union classes. We train Saturday, Monday and Wednesday nights (check our schedule for exact times). During the Fighters' Union Classes, you will learn drills to increase speed, agility and coordination; strength training exercises designed to strengthen all your muscle groups including your core; along with conditioning to increase cardio and endurance for a competitive fight. Not everyone who joins Fighters' Union wants to fight. Some people join just to learn how to fight "just in case". Either way, it is a great addition to a full rounded workout for anyone, any gender.
