Adult Muay Thai Classes

Our Adult Muay Thai Classes are open to everyone no matter what your fitness level, age or gender is. 

Whether you have been working out at the gym for a while now or just working out on the couch.  Our classes are open to everyone!

Our Adult Program is the most complete program in Toms River.  We offer classes 7 days a week with multiple time to choose from.

We also offer FREE One-on-One Introductory Muay Thai Classes.

If you’re interested in learning more about Muay Thai Dragon Martial Arts, schedule a no-obligation Introductory Class. This 20-minute class is designed to familiarize you some of the basic concepts & techniques of Muay Thai Kickboxing. Fundamentals of basic bunches and kicks along with Traditional fighting stance are reviewed along with other techniques meant to make the transition to your first class a smooth one.

The Intro Classes are generally one-on-one with our Head Instructor or a hand-picked senior student. This class is a great opportunity to meet our instructors and students, view the facility, and get a feel for Muay Thai Kickboxing at MuayThai Dragon Martial Arts.

Introductory Classes are offered throughout the week, and can be scheduled in the afternoon or evening. When participating in an Intro Class, it is important to show up 10-15 minutes early and wear athletic clothing such as sweatpants or shorts and a t-shirt.
